- Blend : 100% Meunier including 20 to 30% reserve wines from a perpetual reserve since 2011.
- Dosage : 4.5 g/l
- Maturation : 2 years on slats and on points.
On the nose, a lively first impression that opens with yellow and mature fruits such as lightly stewed and caramelized apricot.
On the palate, a creamy note reminiscent of vanilla cream, pastries with a quick white floral touch. A smooth and elegant champagne, powerful and round.
Palate: Blond tobacco, delicate touch of vanilla, creamy notes, velvety sensation, candied lemon, a very light touch of mint that offers freshness. Smooth and elegant, powerful and round.
