Doyard - The Libertine NV
The "La Libertine" vintage is the result of more than ten years of research. Our goal was to get as close as possible to the taste characteristics of the first sparkling Champagne wines from the beginning of the 18th century (and their bottles). La Libertine has no equivalent and is not similar to any current Champagne. Its purpose is to accompany a moment of sharing, at any time of the day or night, without any other tasting constraints.
- Blend of 4 to 5 different vintages.
- More than 12 years of aging in the cellar.
- Lower effervescence than normal (around four bars).
- Liqueur made from old Champagne wines (over 20 years old) stored in magnums and jeroboams.
- Dosage : 65 g of sugar/L.
