2021 : Une année exigeante
Une saison marquée par l’instabilité, la pluie, la pression constante. La vigne n’a rien livré sans effort. Il a fallu suivre de près, trier avec soin, accepter de perdre pour préserver l’essentiel. Les vins qui en résultent sont droits, sans artifice, parfois serrés, souvent justes. Ils ne cherchent pas à plaire immédiatement, mais racontent, avec sobriété, la résilience de la vigne et la précision du travail mené.
