Oudiette x Filles - UniTerre I NV
The first vintage of the family estate and the result of shared work, “Uni-Terre” rested for 10 months in oak barrels and 3 years in our cellars.
The idea was to give time to time, to let the aromas express their full potential.
We deliberately wanted this winemaking work to be pure and sincere. Without filtration or cold storage.
After the mastery and patience of these long years, the surprise of an intense aromatic richness appeared.

Tasting advice: Taste at 10°-12° this Champagne can also withstand a light decanting.
