Franck Bonville - Extra Brut NV

The cuvee
Franck Bonville - Extra Brut NV
Naturally Elegant White
Only our wines whose richness and complexity brought by the vintage and by the years spent in the cellar, can be tasted without dosage. This is the case for this cuvée, from the 2013 vintage which deserves, in our opinion, to be appreciated in its pure state.
Nice bead, fine and persistent bubbles.
We enjoy notes of maturity on the nose that the champagnes reveal at their peak.
We will appreciate the minerality that the low dosage brings out. The palate is fresh, delicate, creamy and very complex.
The finish leaves an iodized, even saline sensation which characterizes our chalky terroir.
Round, powerful and generous, this Extra Brut vintage can be enjoyed, like many Blanc de Blancs, mainly as an aperitif.
We also recommend pairing it with oysters, scallops or, if necessary, a nice lobster.
