Fine bubbles make their way through a deep yellow color to blend into a fine, elegant bead.
The nose is rich and generous. It offers us a bouquet of vanilla scents evolving into aromas of brioche.
The smooth and creamy mousse makes the mouth both rich and elegant. This minty side recalls the typical freshness of Chardonnay which brings us the brioche notes worthy of the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.
