Champagne Franck Bonville - Les Belles Voyes NV

Naturally Elegant White
From the renowned Grand Cru terroir of Coteau d'Oger, we have extracted a plot “Les Belles Voyes” witness to the origin of our family business. The grapes, always very ripe, are isolated and pressed separately. The juices are vinified in Burgundy barrels then a long aging on lees in bottles completes the vinification.
The aromatic palette, which combines exotic floral notes typical of Chardonnay and buttery, honeyed and vanilla notes provided by the wood, leaves a mineral and fresh finish on the palate.
We recommend tasting "Les Belles Voyes" in a small group of connoisseurs, friends or family. Pleasant as an aperitif, it will go well with smoked fish, a seafood platter or even poultry.

The Purity of Chardonnay

In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in Avize, Champagne Franck Bonville has cultivated the excellence of Chardonnay Grand Cru for generations. Convinced that everything begins in the vineyard, the estate aims for perfectly ripe grapes to reveal all the freshness, finesse, and minerality of the chalky soils of Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

In the cellar, winemaking respects the identity of the crus with gentle pressing using a water membrane, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, essential for developing a rich and balanced aromatic expression. Since the 2000s, some fifty 228L Burgundy barrels have complemented the winery, notably housing the juice from the prestigious “Les Belles Voyes” parcel, as well as reserve wines for liqueur de tirage and disgorging.

The estate is committed to more sustainable viticulture. This translates into abandoning herbicides and insecticides, plowing or partially grassing the soil, replanting hedges to restore a living ecosystem and ecological management of buildings and water.
