Domaine de Marzilly / Ullens - LPM NV
The " LPM " cuvée is a pure meunier wine from the Massif de Saint-Thierry, which includes Marzilly. As late as the 20th century, this area was still called "La Petite Montagne de Reims", which is reflected in many wine books of the time.
History continues on its path, the names change, but the richness of these northern lands remains an inexhaustible source of inspiration for us.

VINIFICATION AND MATURING
- 100% vintage pressed with traditional Coquard of 4000 kg
- Fermentations followed by aging on fine lees in oak barrels for 11 months.
- Bottling: August 2019
- Aging: 18 months in cellar
- Manual stirring on desks
- Disgorging: March 2021
- Dosage: 2.8 g/L (Extra brut)
- This champagne wine is neither fined nor filtered.
- 7,430 bottles
The “ LPM ” vintage is both an ode to the meunier, formerly called L e P inot M eunier; to our terroir, traditionally called L a P etite M ontagne; to our oak barrels which find their origin in L e P arc de M arzilly.
