Terroir : Ludes, Montagne de Reims, Premier Cru
Grape variety : 100% Chardonnay
Base year : 2022
Viticulture : Respect for living things, soil work, short pruning, green work and constant reflection on all cultivation practices
Vinification : Natural and low intervention in 350 liter and 228 liter French oak barrels
Dosage : Extra-Brut, 2 g/l
Disgorging : 07/2024 (Flower day, waning moon)
Tasting : Pure and straight nose. Golden hue. Mouth with substance and character but not on the liveliness, due to a beautiful maturity and the aging in wood.
"The label highlights the name of the village where this wine comes from. The white color is a reminder of the Chardonnay. In order to highlight the terroir of Ludes, several plots were assembled to obtain this wine. Tasting Chardonnay from different parts of the world and using different winemaking methods made me want to work with this grape variety that I am particularly fond of."
