The cuvee
Stephane Regnault - Chromatique NV
The Chromatique vintage is a blend of the different plots of the estate. We therefore find vines from the Mesnil-sur-Oger terroir, mainly on the lower very chalky hillsides, and vines from the Oger terroir with richer soil.
- VITICULTURE : The vines are grown without chemical inputs and work the soil respectfully.
- VINIFICATION : Non-interventionist, first spontaneous fermentation without any additions.
- HARVEST : 2020, 30% vinification in wood, 30% vinification in stainless steel vats, 40% reserve wine.
- DOSAGE : 2 g
