- PLOT : Les Hautes Mottes. Le Mesnil sur Oger – Grand Cru. Southern exposure in a slight basin. Very fine, well-structured, open and crumbly surface soil with clover-based grass. Almost non-existent transition horizon. Subsoil, very pure and compact chalk.
- VITICULTURE : Respect for life and the soil. In conversion to organic farming. Biodynamic practice to acquire a balanced system between the soil and the vine
- HARVEST : 2017 (50%) Perpetual reserve wine 2014 to 2016 (50%)
