Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this perpetual cuvée started in 2003 is a nod to the family history. Initially called Carte Or, then Or Tradition, then L'Or d'Eugène. The centenary year marks a restructuring of the range with the arrival of Eugène.

Cuisles, Jonquery, Chatillon-sur-Marne
90% of soils composed of green clay on calcareous marl
VINIFICATION
A perpetual is carried out, with reserve wines dating from 2003 to 2021, refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.
- Hand-harvested in market gardening crates
- Malolactic fermentation
- Use of homemade mine sulfur: 12mg/l H2SO4
- Residual sugar: 2.5 g/l
- Sugar added during disgorging: 2.5 g/l
