Famille Mousse – Eugene Rosé NV
82% MEUNIER 18% PINOT NOIR
2.5 G/L
FEATURES
Our rosé is characterized by the blend of two perpetuals since 2003: one of white wines, and the other of red wines.
The latter comes from the same plot of Meunier, and aged in barrels of more than 8 years. By using old barrels, we seek to promote oxidation. The singularity of Meuniers reds vinified on long cold pre-fermentation macerations make them an identity rosé.
