This bottle, produced in limited quantities, has followed a long journey over time, patience rewarded by a deep and vinous maturity.
A special vintage for its long maturation carried out on slats, in vaulted cellars. A finely tuned blend of ripe Meunier grapes enhanced by the elegance of Chardonnay.

Eye : Deep gold, sign of maturity
Nose : Notes of pastries, ripe fruits, nuts, almonds due to long aging in the cellar
Palate : A lovely length of hazelnuts, followed by light roasted notes with a powerful finish. This magnificent Meunier-Chardonnay combination will sublimate your taste buds.
Grape variety : 50% Meunier 50% Chardonnay
Aging : average annual temperature of 10-11°. Aging on slats in the cellar - 72 months minimum
Blend : 2013 + 10% perpetual reserve wine
Soil : clay-limestone - marly subsoil
Dosage : 6 g/L
Suggested accompaniments : A vintage that you will be able to savor through culinary moments, for example a marriage with a carpaccio of langoustines, broad beans and wild asparagus.
