A Blanc de Blancs produced from a blend of a few plots spread across the communes of Oeuilly and Nesle-le-Repons, planted with Chardonnay.
Eye : Deep gold
Nose : White fruits, flowers and subtle notes of pastry
Palate : Gourmet and mineral. The elegant finesse of a mature chardonnay.
Grape variety : 100% Chardonnay
Aging : average annual temperature of 10-11°. Aging in cellar on slats - 48 months minimum
Blend : 2012 + 20% perpetual reserve wine
Soil : clay-limestone - marly subsoil
Dosage : 6 g/L
