BALANCE & VINOSITY
A historic cuvée from Domaine Thierry Fournier, this champagne is the result of blending different terroirs, mainly composed of Meunier.
Eye : Bright, golden yellow
Nose : Yellow fruits, dried fruits, nuts, then citrus fruits
Palate : Rich, balanced, smooth with a nice acidity
Grape variety : 80% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
Aging : average annual temperature of 10-11°. Aging on slats in the cellar - 48 months minimum
Blend : 2014 + 40% perpetual reserve wine
Soil : clay-limestone - marly subsoil
Dosage : 6 g/L
Suggested accompaniments : At the table, you will be tempted by a tasty roast turkey or magnificent local cheeses, such as Langres.
