Viticulture : Respect for living things, soil work, short pruning, green work and constant reflection on all cultivation practices
Vinification : Natural and low intervention in 350 liter and 228 liter French oak barrels
Dosage : Extra-Brut, 5 g/l
Disgorging : 07/2024 (Flower day, waning moon)
Tasting : Fruity nose with substance. Almost pinkish tint due to the year and natural vinification. Mouth on confectionery, beautiful length and salinity
"The label highlights the name of the village where this wine comes from. The black color is a reminder of the Pinot Noir. In order to highlight the terroir of Ludes, several plots were assembled to obtain this wine. Strong color and strong potential for this aromatic Pinot Noir."
