The plot from which this vintage comes has contemplated the history of France. To reach their coronation, in the majestic cathedral of Reims, the kings of France took a path crisscrossing the vines.
Vine cultivated with respect for the soil and living things.
This vintage combines the delicacy of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir from our Le Mont Agé plot and its sandy terroir. Without yeast or input, it reveals itself in the barrel which gives it character and balance.
Single-plot cuvée, produced with respect for nature using plant-based preparations and natural products to care for the plant.
This wine is produced without any input and in a natural way. Without fining or filtration, bottling is manual with disgorging without added sugar.
Terroir: Chenay (Thanetian sand)
Composition: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay
Natural vinification : 10 months in oak barrels from different years.
Dosage: 0-1 g/L
Aging on lees: 24 months to 42 months.
Storage time: 2 to 4 years (bottle)
