The vine is cultivated with respect for the soil and living things.
An ancestral method called agroforestry involves creating a complex ecosystem that allows vines and trees to live in harmony.
Les Voyets , the estate's first historic plot, has been cultivated by Vincent since 2018, combining organic viticulture and agroforestry. Ancestral know-how and modernity come together to give pride of place to Meunier , several varieties of which are cultivated to reveal all its nuances. Produced each year, this cuvée embodies the purity of the terroir and Meunier.
Single-plot cuvée, produced with respect for nature using plant-based preparations and natural products to care for the plant.
