Terroir : Old Pinot Noir vines (planted in 1970) with ideal exposure on the south-facing slopes of Bouzy.
Vinification : Hand-harvested from low-yielding vines (35 hl/ha), 15-day vatting with indigenous yeasts.
Aging : 12 months in barrels and not filtered or fined before bottling.
