This vintage comes from the production of Jean Servagnat, a young winemaker based in the Coulommes-la-Montagne vineyard.
Estate using no herbicides or insecticides. Grapes in organic conversion.
Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts.
Grape varieties : 68% Pinot Meunier, 22% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir
Terroir : Coulommes-la-Montagne, Premier Cru, Petite Montagne de Reims
Soils : Clay-limestone over more than 200m of chalk
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation carried out
Dosage : 1.3 g/L - Extra Brut
Age of vines : 25 years
This vintage is a blend of different plots located in Coulommes-la-Montagne. It perfectly reflects the terroir and its grape varieties. A wine of beautiful complexity with aromas of ripe fruit, brioche and toasted notes. To be enjoyed without hesitation as an aperitif or during a meal with a dish in sauce.
