Origin : Unlike its alter ego the “Belle de Blancs”, this vintage expresses the quintessence and character of the Pinot Noirs from the South of the Montagne de Reims: at once powerful, crisp and delicate.

Plots : La Goutte d'Or (Bouzy, Grand Cru), Les Grands Monts (Louvois, Grand Cru), la Chaudette (Bouzy, Grand Cru)
Aging : This vintage was vinified for 12 months in vats on fine lees before drawing off and remained in the cellar for 6 years before disgorging.
Dosage : Extra-brut - 1 g/L
