Jacquesson - Cuvée 745

2017, harvest in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (66%), Avize and Oiry (34%): the winter and spring are exceptionally dry, the beginning of spring is mild but in April, destructive frosts ravage the vineyard, especially the Côte des Blancs. Temperatures then rise and the weather is beautiful until July. The end of the season is warm but very rainy. Start of the harvest on September 4 to finish on the 13th. A rigorous sorting generates a low volume harvest but allows us to obtain ripe and healthy grapes. The wines show themselves rich and dense and we complete the Cuvée with a few reserve wines.
