After an initial experience in marketing, Bryan decided to return to the family business with a project to create a new estate to give himself the freedom to create "favorite" vintages with a different interpretation from that of the Marx-Coutelas family estate.
Bryan started in 2018 with 1.60 ha on Venteuil. There are 3 grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, on chalky and silty-clay soils. The exposures are mainly South. The vines are around 30-40 years old.
As soon as the vines were taken over, he took the opportunity to introduce an organic conversion process from 2019 with certification for the 2022 harvest.
In the cellar, vinification and aging are done in oak barrels with approximately 1/3 new wood, in a natural chalk pit in Venteuil.
