The vintage "La Rue des Noyers" owes its nickname to the former plantation of Walnuts.
Vine cultivation in accordance with the lunar calendar and respect for nature.
Composed solely of meunier, vinified and aged for 11 months on lees in 228-litre barrels before bottling.
This unfiltered vintage may have a slight natural deposit.
