Located in Vandières, these two historical plots come from my maternal grandmother's side whose family name was Bellier. Ariétis is the brightest star in the constellation Aries.

Altitude: 130 to 155 m
Exposure: South
Area: 6.19 ares

• Plot La Forzie
Altitude: 174 to 176 m
Exposure: South
Area: 3.01 ares
Total area: 9.20 ares

• Geology and terroir
Geological origin: Lutetian. Soils installed between two geological levels, first sandy-limestone then clayey-marly

• AB Viticulture
Organic Agriculture Certification since the 2023 harvest
Complete tillage since 2015. In 2016, implementation of biodynamics. Zero herbicides and synthetic products. Use of fermented extracts and plant decoctions

• Pressing, vinification, aging
No separation of juices into “cuvées” and “sizes” in order to better respect the entity of the berry
Vinification exclusively in 400-litre barrels. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No malolactic fermentation or stirring.
